Carissa Francis provides in-person psychotherapy in Purcellville, Virginia, and virtual therapy to clients in Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, DC. Carissa is part-owner of Mountain View Therapy Group, and her in-person sessions are held at the group’s office at 17337 Pickwick Dr Ste D, Purcellville, VA 20132. Carissa has two golden retrievers who are trained as therapy dogs and are available to meet with clients.
